how to shutdown win xp & 7 in less than 8 second

hey guys first of all you read it right

in win xp 

now start 

1)start task manager 

2)see above shutdown option

3)scroll to turn off and hold ctrl button and then press turn off .Note that you dont have to leave ctrl button until windows shutdown


for win 7

1)press ctrl+alt+delete

2)a blue window with shutdown log off option comes

3)now at the bottom right you a shutdown button or tab click that while holding ctrl
